How to Perform a Gravity Recoverable Gold (GRG) Test
Effective gravity concentration effort is a function of numerous factors including the quantity and size distribution of the Gravity-Recoverable-Gold (GRG) present, downstream processes, water balance and gravity section operating costs. Here's how to perform a GRG test using a Falcon L40 Concentrator.

    Good to mix it up. Not all gold settles umder the same conditions. I'm suprized this wasn't done sooner. Look at very old drawings of gold sluices, they had sections that became much wider and then narrower. Same concept which is to vary the settling physics.

    "Fluidization water" is talked about on the Knelson at 6:08 in ua-cam.com/video/awSrKnW6EIs/v-deo.html BUT they are not used in this upgrade at 7:15? They are tiny water jets in the Knelson channels, pretty much, yes?

    I have been living alone for five years now and this is the fifth year since I stopped using microwave ovens. It may sound stupid, but as soon as I saw how much money I had to pay for electricity, I immediately decided to abandon this technique.

      @JoseMartinezFinance 4 місяці тому

      Don’t get me wrong, I’m not some old person who judges huge things by relying on small ones, but if heating up my food for just 2 minutes requires so much electricity, then what’s worth talking about the huge earth’s crust in which many kilometers down are located metals with very heavy electrical and thermal conductivity. P.S. I myself was finishing my bachelor’s degree in 2019, resource extraction and similar microwave technology were also discussed then.

      @sergeynikiforov1991 Well, as I see today from ordinary discussions, this topic has not even advanced, I believe that it will not advance. Now popular topics in the world are artificial intelligence and launching a rocket to Mars, no one is talking about making it easier to extract resources on earth since they are so limited.

    [IMHO] I have very little faith that the idea is in any way capable of long life in the field of metal processing. I'm not saying that Im an expert, ngl, but it really looks difficult and expensive. Usage of microwaves, especially for heating metal, will require a lot of electricity. Also, conventional installations such as a magnetron will always be inferior to conventional methods that we have from the industrial past of Great Britain, thats fr. Think about it, people of that time were only exposed to the danger of being burned by molten metal, while when using this technology. There would still be a danger of injury from microwavess. Its not for nothing that in microwave ovens the waves themselves can only propagate inside their insulated box. imagine if these waves fly at us with enormous energy ready to burn our nervous system and leave burns of various degrees. I think that this technology should not go widely into the industry of mining or metal ore processing, but only remain for Wi-Fi, communications, and heating our food for lunch

      @OkinfenvaBarreva-lm6pf 4 місяці тому

      hahaha, why are you that excited bout that?😅 of course, using old methods of extracting minerals and metals will always be cheaper than coming up with new methods. but it's probably worth giving me some time to develop this idea. perhaps in 50-70 or maybe 100 years we will see how completely all methods of processing mining will be carried out using microwave rays. but i really liked your opinion that microwave waves will use large reserves of electricity, since right at home, when you turn on microwave ovens, a transistor clicks indicating a voltage surge. i don't know how this happens on a large scale. i also thought about the fact that it takes a lot of time to heat up even a small amount of food, and the right places on the plate always heat up the food. what will it happen if we scale up such a microwave oven for a huge resource extraction site? then this option is not really promising.

    • @ForuiMachinery
      @ForuiMachinery 5 місяців тому

      Flotation reagents are chemical agents used in the flotation beneficiation process to increase the affinity between valuable minerals and bubbles, thereby achieving the flotation separation of the ore. Here are some common flotation reagents: Collectors: Used to increase the affinity between valuable minerals and bubbles, allowing them to float to the surface. Common collectors include xanthates, carbon disulfide, petroleum sulfonates, etc. Frothers: Used to generate stable foam and promote the attachment of valuable mineral particles to the bubbles. Common frothers include alcohols, xanthate alcohols, methyl isobutyl carbinol, etc. Modifiers: Used to adjust the surface properties of the ore, thereby altering the flotation behavior of minerals. Common modifiers include pH regulators, carbonates, oxidants, and reducers. Depressants: Used to inhibit the flotation of certain minerals in order to achieve more effective separation of valuable minerals. Common depressants include iron oxides, iron sulfides, cyanides, etc. Activators: Used to activate the flotation performance of certain minerals, making them more easily captured by bubbles. Common activators include copper sulfides, iron sulfides, silicates, etc. It is important to note that the specific selection of flotation reagents depends on the type of ore, its chemical composition, and the flotation objectives. In practical applications, the choice and optimization of reagents are based on the results of beneficiation experiments and experience.

    Thí nghiệm này sai, khoảng cách từ cánh khuấy tới đáy bể phải giống nhau thì chúng ta mới có thể so sánh. Ở bình thứ 3 và 4, khoảng cách là quá xa. Trong các thiết kế bồn chuyên nghiệp, tỉ lệ là 0.3. Với tỉ lệ 0.4 chúng ta sẽ phải chọn Motor gấp 5 lần công suất.
